Our Sound Adventure
Through two brothers’ vivid imaginations and travel dreams, Our Sound Adventure takes young learners on a literary adventure around the world, while introducing them to each consonant sound in the English language.
Exotic flamingos, a baby gazelle, and a collision on the way to the Taj Mahal! Unexpected, fun sentences with a phonics target on each page await fun-loving, globetrotting dreamers.
Our Sound Adventure is written by Mariah Apostolopoulos, a Melbourne-based Speech Pathologist and twin mum, who is passionate about supporting children’s literacy, speech and language learning. Mariah also loves adventures, big and small, with her little loves.
The book illustrations are a work of art, created by Meg Rennie, an award-winning, mixed-media collage artist.
Our Sound Adventure has a high quality, hard cover finish. It pairs with the Sound Deck cards that are designed to grow with your child from toddlerhood, as well as the Sound Reference Chart for school-aged learners.
